TRADER INFORMATION The fair opens to the public at 11am and traders will be able to set up from 9.30am. Traders will need to bring their own rails and table cloths, there will be some tables and seating available but you will need to pre-arrange this on your booking form as we have a limit number available. The fair closes at 5pm and we ask that you do not pack up until then, (full terms & conditions can be found on the booking form). Please let us know how you would prefer your stand to be set up and we will do our very best to make sure your get the bast space possible to suit your needs. Unloading is done outside the main doors, you will then need park up. Free parking can be found in the pay and display parking bays around the venue and also along Welshback. Cheap parking (no height restriction) can be found in Mud Dock Car Park, also Cabot Circus (height restriction). We rely on everyone helping to spread the word about the fair and we ask that in return for the super competitive table price that if you are on facebook to add yourself and your friends to the event, also it's really important that if you have your own groups/pages for your vintage business that you send a message to your members letting them know about the fair. Posters and flyers are available if you can use them.
